INNOVATION CHALLENGES FOR CLEAN INDIA
“Swachhathon 1.0 – Swach Bharath Hackathon is an attempt to crowd source solutions for some of the pressing problems faced by the country in Sanitation and Hygiene. MoDWS invites students from schools and colleges, professionals, organizations, startups and others to come up with exciting, innovative, novel and viable solutions in the categories mentioned below.
a) Monitoring usage of toilets
b) Triggering behaviour change
c) Toilet Technologies in Difficult terrains
d) Working solutions for maintenance and operations of school toilets.
e) Technological solutions for safe disposal of menstrual waste
f) Solution for early decomposition of faecal matter
Our college students were participated in Stand India 2017, National Level Competition for Engineering Students during 10th March 2017 to 10th April On Developing Innovative Concept Notes On Universal Accessible Design in Built Environment and Accessible Technologies.
